Adam Ivezich

Adam Ivezich is a detail-oriented and results-driven entrepreneurial finance and accounting executive with more than 12 years of experience providing audit, advisory, and other attestation services to public and private companies.

Prior to joining Calabrese Consulting in 2023, Adam worked for two national accounting and advisory firms providing advisory, assurance, and risk management services. During his tenure, Adam contributed to the firm’s national office providing audit and advisory services to external clients as well as internal client service teams.

Adam has an established track record of providing thought-based leadership and guidance surrounding complex accounting topics. His experience encompasses a wide range of industries including but not limited to commercial products, wholesale and retail, real estate, construction, technology (including SaaS), and professional services, serving middle-market, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 companies with revenues ranging from several hundred million to several billion.

Adam also has extensive SEC experience serving both domestic and foreign registrants, assisting with a variety of transactions including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Adam is a graduate of Valparaiso University in Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in accounting and marketing.
